• Good communication skills in English
• Should be well versed with Hindi language
• Candidate should have a inherent talent to learn
indian vedic sciences i.e. Astrology, numerology, tarot card reading etc
• In house training is available for selected candidate
• Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy.
• Clarify customer requirements; probe for and confirm understanding of requirements or problem.

• Should know how to excel and exceed customer’s expectations by going the extra mile even in moderately stressful situations
