Desired Candidate Profile

The candidate should be graduate (10+2+3)
CA with 4-7 years of post experience/ICWA/CA (Inter) with 7-10 years experience
Strong understanding of the Direct & Indirect Tax Law in India
Basic understanding of the international tax law
Experience in appearing before various tax authorities
Good legal drafting skills
Understanding of IFRS/Indian GAAP

Job Description

Prepare details and analysis for tax assessments
Drafting of submissions to be made to the Tax Authorities
Preparation of the Cenvat Credit Register and Finalization of the Service Tax Refund Claim
Calculation & Deposit of advance taxes
Prepartion of the Return of Income of the company
Effective follow up with the tax department for obtaining service tax refunds
Oversseing various internal controls in relation to effective documentation, payment of professional fees etc. in the Tax Team
Supervising various remittances to be made to the overseas parent
