§ Handle complete recruitment life cycle for US Staffing Division starting from understanding client requirements, sourcing & screening using internal databases, job boards (dice, monster, career builder), interview and negotiate wage rates with candidates, and complete the required on-boarding activities.

§ Prior knowledge/experience in recruitments – domestic or international would be an added advantage.
