Desired Candidate Profile

This role will require the candidate to perform the following duties:

• Assist in designing HR policies, programmes and procedures that encourage and maintain retention of key talent within the region

• Provide HR advisory services to the business in India and ensure that our benefits and compensation platforms are aligned to the competitive landscape

• Coordinate with external tax consultants and payroll bureaux to operate a seamless payroll process

• Provide full support around recruitment activities from posting job advertisements to coordinating interviews

• Prepare employment contracts and offer letters and on-boarding employees

• Assist employees by providing solid employment advice and support

• Coordinate work permit applications

• Maintain accurate personnel files and records by keeping the HR Database (SAP) up to date

• Filing and ad hoc duties as required

LONDON

• Provide weekly and monthly HR and recruitment statistics

• Coordinate with London on key global processes and provide solid feedback on regional issues

• Coordinate with Finance teams on budgeting/accruals

An opportunity exists for a HR Manager to join a fast growing international company in financial pricing. You will be responsible for the HR function in India as well as support the UK business.
