Desired Candidate Profile

Convergys is hiring for a domestic sales based inbound voice process.

Eligibility criteria is as follow:-

-Candiate should be a Graduate; (10+2+3)

-Good communication skills in English

-Should be well versed with Hindi language

-Knowledge of basic computer operations.

-Flexible with rotational shifts and 24/7 work environment, as needed(70% probability of day shifts)

-Courteous with strong customer service and sales orientation
